Join the DTL team as a Lawn Care Specialist, earn your PA Pesticide Applicator License within your first 90 days (we cover the training and exam fees), and hit your onboarding milestones. When you do, we'll put $2,000 in your pocket.
It's our way of saying: we're invested in you from day one.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
You'll start around 7:00 AM at our shop, prepping your truck and equipment for the day. From there, you're out on your dedicated route — applying fertilizer, weed control, and other treatments to residential lawns across Chester County and surrounding areas.
You're not just spraying and leaving. You're observing turf conditions, noting problems, and communicating with leadership about what each lawn needs. Clients know you by name. You're the face of DTL on their property, and that relationship matters.
Most days wrap up around 4:30 PM. The work is physical — you'll be on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in all weather — but it's honest work with visible results. You'll see lawns transform over the course of a season because of what you did.
Who We're Looking For
We can teach you lawn care. We can't teach character. The people who thrive at DTL share a few things in common:

Prior lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, and a PA Pesticide Applicator License is preferred — but neither is required. If you've got the right attitude and work ethic, we'll invest in training you.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and DOT physical
- English proficiency
